I’m Karah McAlister, a Montana-based Executive Assistant with a passion for organization, efficiency, and making life easier for those around me. I love spending time with my husband and our energetic three-year-old son, reading, drinking coffee and practicing Pilates. Balance and productivity go hand in hand, and I bring that mindset into everything I do—both personally and professionally.
With a strong background in administrative support and project management, I have three years of experience assisting the lead admissions teams at Liberty University and Ohio Christian University. I then spent five years as a teacher, where I used project management tools daily to keep things running smoothly. Whether managing schedules, streamlining communication, or optimizing workflows, I thrive on bringing structure and efficiency to busy professionals’ lives.
